Boris Gaspar Registered Osteopath

Boris Gaspar is Registered Osteopath, Reg No.7287(General Osteopathic Council).For the last 4,5 years, Boris has been providing  high quality Osteopathic care to people from all walks of life in Merseyside and Cheshire. He established himself as competent and very professional Osteopath. He is fully registered with General Osteopathic Council.  His interest in physical therapies and complementary medicine brought him initially to Australia, where he completed extensive training in Manual bodywork therapies in 2003. During his studies in Australia he was introduced to concept of Osteopathy. In 2005 he has moved to London to do a 4 year full time program in Osteopathic medicine. He successfully completed training and earned his Bachelor degree in Osteopathy in 2009. He further advanced his knowledge at Keele University and now holds The Postrgaduate Diploma in Neuromusculoskeletal Healthcare from Keele University.

Boris combines postural and functional assessments, manipulation and mobilization techniques, acupuncture, taping, movement and postural education, myofascial release techniques when designing treatment plan for his patients.

Boris is keen ultramarathon runner and he is interested in running biomechanics. He has completed several ultramarathons in UK and Europe. He is advocate of  barefoot walking and running,  he uses modern  minimalist type shoes or trainers.
